We’re partnering with Lewis and Clark National Historical Park’s Garden Corps to conduct some restoration in our Lower Columbia service area with our River Council this month! This River Council Service Meeting will be spent conducting wetland restoration around Colewort Creek by removing invasive species.
We’ll meet at the Barn Road, second right after the Park’s Visitor Center entrance (Google map link here) at 1pm on Thursday, August 20th to remove yellow flag iris and purple loostrife. Waders will be available for volunteers.
